  3. A deposit at the rate of 800,-- EURO is to be performed with the registration:

    After entrance of the registration form and the deposit you receive a payment and reservation confirmation.
     

  4. The balance is to be performed at the latest to 45 days before the course appointment.
    After entrance of the final payment you receive, with the travel documents, your participation confirmation.

    Short-term booker should find out to begin with about the allocation of the courses by telephone call under the No.: +49 (0) 221-39 26 64.
CANCELLATION / RESIGNATION or/and TRANSFER POSTING:
   
The participant can cancel his registration or changing the booking.
Then the following failure-all-inclusive are raised:
    - to 90 days before the arrangement beginning = 10% from the booking price
    - to 60 days before the arrangement beginning = 50% from the booking price
    - to 45 days before the arrangement beginning = 80% from the booking price
    - to   0 day before the arrangement beginning = 100% from the booking price

To cover cancelation and transfer posting fees, we recommend to all customers the end of a travel expenses resignation assurance (e.g., ELVIA, TMG, etc...)
